The day started with a “sunrise” scooter ride, our destination was to be these incredible rice terraces…no more than an hours scooter ride from our Villa.

Hey skateboarders and fun lovers. Come hangout, watch some killer skating, grub some BBQ, and help support the Marginal Way Skate Park. All proceeds from the event and raffle go directly to Margy’s next cement pour. There’ll be live music with the Valkyries + Neon Lights and tons of free stuff given away by sponsers Santa Cruz, Independent, DC, Vans, One Ball Jay, VOX, Skate Like a Girl, Marginal Way, Creature, Siege, Habitat, and Alien Workshop.

Pretzels and Polish Donuts event | recap

Not even a bluebird turned puking day could bring down this event. Tons of skiers showed up and threw down a nod to their freestyle roots, walking away with tons of shwag and bragging rights. Organizer and evo employee Chris Shalbot worked the megaphone during the event, calling out challenges to the entrants and handing out prizes.

Its crazy how easy it is to wake up early when you are in a place like this I swear every morning we’ve been up by 7a! Aside from adjusting to the time warping from time zones, there is so much relaxing to do, so many things I want to see.
