All Aboard The Burton Crazy Train!
All Aboard The Burton Crazy Train
BURTON along with RED, Anon, Analog invited evo‘s Craig Towers, Justin Courtney, and Jaymie Anselmo to take the Burton Crazy Train (aka Amtrak) from Seattle to Whitefish, Montana. The crew headed out into wild Montana for a couple days a shredding with the rest of the Burton family in celebration of a great year of snow in the NW! Here is a recap from Justin.

evo Team Update: Collin Collins
Collin stopped by evo this week to hang out, eat a massively giant burrito (look for that video in a few weeks) and give us an update on his travels to his home town in Sun Valley, filming with K2 Skis, the Red Bull Cold Rush and a bunch of other cool spots around North America. Here is Collin, in his own words:

Recap: Justin Kious's Winter Frame of Mind

Gallery Recap: Justin Kious’s Winter Frame of Mind
Last Friday evo opened our April art gallery featuring photography from Justin Kious. Fans were greeted by Justin, a few dogs and sipping hot chocolate provided by Theo Chocolate served up by the Service Board.
His photos include many that were taken locally up near Mt. Baker, as well as all over the world. Justin also selected 2 long boards he created with the help of Arbor. His gallery will be on display at evo all month long. Check out some pictures and a video of Justin himself.
See you next month!
Ispeming’s International Ski Film Festival
Ishpeming’s International Film Festival
It may be April and here in Seattle the sun is starting to show itself, but with back to back storm cycles the ski season is still in full swing. What better way to celebrate the end of the season than with a ski film festival and not just any film festival, the Ishpeming’s International Film Festival. And what better place to hold the 2nd annual Ski Heritage Week and the Ski and Snowboard Film Institute induction than here in the Northwest, a place rich in American ski history. These are the kinds of flicks that make me wish I was raised in the skiing’s glory days of the 70s, hot doggin’ it up in a red, white, and blue sweater, leaning way back on my tails.
Win A Pair of TOMS & Join Us For One Day Without Shoes

Win A Pair of TOMS & Join evo for One Day Without Shoes
On April 10, 2012, evo is going One Day Without Shoes. It is a day we raise awareness of the impact a pair of shoes can have on a child’s life.
We are asking you to join us in taking off your shoes for one day to show support.
Each day, leading up to April 10th, evo will give a pair of TOMS to one winner that takes the pledge. We will match each pair we give away to a child in need. One for One.
Take the pledge and you will be entered to win. Share with you your friends and get them to join you on April 10, 2012 for One Day Without Shoes.
