Now at evo: C’est Plum!

What’s as French as a pain au chocolat, burly as one of Sylvain Saudan’s thighs, and flies up the hill as if on wings?

If you guessed Plum ski bindings, you’d be right on the money and now at evo Seattle.

By Greg Louie, January 17, 2013: It’s not often that we rave about new products that come our way (well, actually we do it quite a bit, but only when it’s really, really deserved). These things are not only the burliest tech bindings to slide down the hill yet, they’re also supreme examples of CNC art. You’ll have to see these bindings in person to appreciate their jewelry-like precision.
