Thanks for all of our customers, friends, family and fans out there! With all the snow falling on East and West Coasts there might be a few empty seats at the table, make sure to pack them some left overs for the chairlift!
Enjoy your turkey, sleep in on Black Friday…the internet is always open.
evo team rider, Eric Pollard was kind enough to sit down for an interview in our first ever WINTER CATALOG.
At evo, we love it when skiing, snowboarding, art, and music come together. We believe in a blend of function and style in our product. We embrace new technology and believe in old traditions. It doesn’t matter if you ski 100 days a year or two—we care about having fun and expressing yourself on the mountain. Eric Pollard—an evo team member since the beginning—embodies our values. He is an artist, an athlete, a filmmaker, a product designer, and a genuinely nice guy. He inspires people, welcomes them into the sport, and challenges them to push their own boundaries. We believe in Eric Pollard. These are his words.
Check out the interview and his painting below. If you are interested in picking up a print of his master piece, evo Calm Before The Storm (pictured above) we have it on sale exclusively at evo.
We’re bringing the woods to the concrete jungle. Well not the woods specifically, but wood anyway. The ARBOR COLLECTIVE will be taking over the evo Timesinfinity Gallery with the works of Blaine Fontana and Zach Johnsen for the month of November.
Friday Nov 4th Now open at evo Seattle through November.
Thank you for those of you who made it out, making it a fun night. I hope everyone had a great time at the gallery opening on Friday. We posted some photos below from the event, but alas, my iPhone does not do it justice.
Make sure you make it down to evo Seattle’s Timesinfinity Gallery to check it out for yourself!
If you live in the Seattle area, then you will know that last Friday was a busy night for snow-industry-related events. Between the Burton Snowboards premier of their new movie “Standing Sideways”, the premier of Rome Snowboard’s movie “The Shred Remains” and our Spacecraft Gallery, “Sugar-Water” followed by the premier of Standard Film’s latest 20 year anniversary flick “TB20″ there was a lot to choose from. Needless to say, it was impossible to be everywhere at the same time, so we held it down at the evo Timesinfinity Gallery and followed up with the Standard premier over at Woodsky’s.
Come check out the October installation at the evo Timesinfinity Gallery- Spacecraft’s “Sugar-Water” exhibit. Featuring art from Stefan Hofmann, the W3 Collective, Electric Coffin, Patrick Lennox Wright, and Scott Sullivan.
Afterparty at Woodsky’s starting at 9pm. (across the street from evo, 21+) with music from DJ Mullet and the premier of the Standard Films latest movie “TB20″
It felt like summer, but 4FRNT Skis brought evo it’s first taste of winter last Friday night with The 4FRNT Project: A Collection of Rider Inspired Art. They brought in original art from our favorite skis, from artists like Max Neutra, Yale Wolf, Harry Lau, Greg Lipp, and JacobVanLeeuwen. 4FRNT is a company where the skis follow art, instead of the other way around. Needless to say they were a perfect fit for the evo Timesinfinity Gallery during September. Read the rest of this entry »
Check out the art and the artists that influence your favorite skis, presented by 4FRNT. Displaying art from Max Neutra (LA), Yale Wolf (Seattle), Harry Lau (Portland), Greg Lipp (Aspen), and Jacob Van Leeuwen.
